I want 30g of protein at breakfast.
EVERYDAY I eat the same breakfast ( lovingly prepared by my superstar husband @petertags32 )
- egg white omelette
- 50g #sourdough toast
- 1/2 avocado
IF I ATE WHOLE EGGS…. I would need to eat 5-6 whole eggs at 4g of fat per yolk. I prefer my morning fat from #avocado.

YOU can eat the healthy yolks no problem. I just choose not to eat that many in the morning. 😀
