when I get home at night from work, I am famished and I wanna eat quickly, but I want it to taste amazing. This is where these two really simple #salmon Dishes are perfect after a long day in my clinic. . 30 minutes. 30g of high quality #protein in 2 DELICIOUS dishes! . During Covid, I started getting all of my fresh fish from @wildalaskancompany because after I read about fish farming and decided to feed my family only wild caught responsibly sourced natural fish. Every two months I get a huge box of fresh frozen Pacific fish. It’s easy and I need that in my life. . Usually, I simply do a grilled salmon fillet with avocado oil, salt and pepper. I grill it at 400 to 425 for 12 to 15 minutes and it is as perfect as it gets. Today, I also cut the 6 ounce fillets into 1 ounce pieces, marinated them in spicy ginger sauce and grilled them on skewers. It’s the first time I ever did it and it was amazing. .
