This will be the year I outlive my three older brothers who died before the age of 57. This milestone is both heartbreaking and deeply personal. It’s why I dedicate my life to teaching and educating others about health and prevention, so we can take control of our future. Now, my mother is suffering from an osteoporotic hip fracture and Alzheimer’s—two devastating conditions that I refuse to believe are entirely inevitable. These experiences fuel my mission even more. When people comment on my genetics or assume I have an advantage, it can be triggering—what you see is the result of hard work and a relentless commitment to staying as healthy as possible, despite my family history. This mission matters now more than ever. #HealthJourney #FamilyHistory #WhyIDoWhatIDo #PreventionMatters #menopause #perimenopause
