Eating in the US vs. eating abroad—it's a WHOLE different experience! We’re so careful about what we eat here at home, checking labels, avoiding Hi-FI foods. Yet when traveling abroad, especially in places like Europe or Asia, everything changes. I eat freely—bread, pasta, even foods I’d normally avoid—and not only do I feel amazing, but I often come back lighter. The difference? Quality. Take wheat, for example. In other countries, I can enjoy bread and pasta without issue. Here, it’s loaded with glyphosate and other additives that leave me feeling awful. And then there’s the food itself—fresh, clean, and simple. When we stopped in Seoul on our way to Bali, I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with the food, but it was incredible—pure, high-quality protein and fresh vegetables. No additives, no processed junk—just real food that fuels you.
