Let’s talk beef—because I know this whole grass-fed vs. grass-finished thing can get a little confusing. Here’s the deal: all beef starts out grass-fed. The difference is whether it’s *finished* on grass (meaning it's only eaten grass its whole life, vs. going from grass to grain). And here’s the truth—both have their pros. Grain-finished beef actually has some awesome benefits when it comes to B vitamins, which you won’t get as much of in grass-finished. Crazy, right? But that’s why we keep things balanced. At home, we lean toward grass-fed, grass-finished beef because we know when we go out, that’s probably not what we’re getting. So, you’ll find our freezer packed with grass-fed goodness—some from ButcherBox, some from Piedmontese. When we eat out, we don’t stress about whether the beef is grain-finished. There’s still value in it—so no need to get hung up on it. At the end of the day, it’s all about getting quality, and choosing what feels right for you. #CleanEating #HealthyLiving
