What does aging POWERFULLY mean to you? ⬇️ To me, it means not only being able to do the things you need to do in your everyday life with ease, but being able to do the things you LOVE without doubting your physical strength. 💪 Things like unloading groceries, playing pickleball, paddleboarding with your kids, and picking up your grandkids require a blend of strength, stamina, agility, balance, and flexibility, but they don’t come easily as you age. They are, however, 100% achievable. You have to be willing to do what it takes to age powerfully and do it consistently. → Break your fast with at least 30 grams of high-quality protein and commit to eating your ideal amount of protein daily. → Move daily by adding a 20-30 min brisk walk after dinner to lower the blood-sugar response. → Do a resistance training routine 3 times per week. → Track your food intake. → Weigh in daily using a bioimpedance scale and take the average weekly to ensure you are optimizing your body composition. 💥Start now, repeat tomorrow, and watch how drastically your life begins to change. What’s one small change you made recently? Have you been consistent with it? ↓
