Dr. Meriem Ouederni shows her approach in a patient with a subluxated post-traumatic cataract with capsular fibrosis and a large iridodialysis. After extracting the cataract through a sclerocorneal tunnel, she reconstructed the iris using the sewing machine technique. She opted for a retropupillary iris claw lens.
