If you want your biceps and triceps to pop and your shoulders to look sculpted, add this arm…

If you want your biceps and triceps to pop and your shoulders to look sculpted, add this arm workout once a week after you complete your upper-body push and pull exercises: 1. Overhead dumbbell tricep extension Hold the dumbbell behind your head with your elbows pointing forward. Keep your core tight and don’t let your back arch. 2. Diagonal raise (right + left) Keep everything stationary and stable. No swinging, no momentum. Your shoulders do all the work. 3. Seated bicep curl Sit on a bench and lean back slightly so you get full extension at the bottom. That makes the muscle work harder through the whole range. 👉 Do 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps, choosing a weight that leaves you with about 1–2 reps in the tank on your challenging sets. Save this for your next arm day, and send it to your workout buddy. Want a plan like this every month? Inside my Metabolism Fix Bootcamp, we master one habit at a time. Whether that be upper-body strength or protein intake or tracking habits. Comment BOOTCAMP to join us.
