Sit and process your feelings.

Sit and process your feelings. Grieve. Be sad. Be mad....But don't ignore your feelings. In order to move on, you have to sit and work through your feelings. Ignoring them and 'moving on' without processing can lead to greater issues. I see a lot of physical manifestations of anxiety and grief in my practice and they are almost always accompanied by the patient not adequately processing the reasons for their feelings. 🩷 Be well and be happy, everyone ☺️ #cardiology #mentalhealth #anxiety #grief #privatepractice #conciergemedicine
