Here’s the real deal: Muscle is like your metabolic Spanx—it tightens everything up and boosts your metabolism. 💪
To build muscle effectively, don’t settle for endless light reps. If you can do 20+ reps, it’s time to increase the weight. Aim for 8-15 reps with the heaviest weight you can handle in good form. Can’t hit 5 reps? Lighten the load and build from there.
