𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝟏𝟔𝟔: 𝘋𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘦, 𝘈𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺
A 32-year-old woman presents to her primary care doctor with complaints of dizziness, anxiety, and rapid heart rate. These symptoms have been going on for a number of years. All workup so far has been normal. She has not received any answers to these symptoms. Her heart rate resting is 90 bpm but goes up to 122 after standing. What do you think the diagnosis could be?
