If you have preeclampsia, this weird sign could indicate a seizure risk. What sign is it? It is clonus, specifically ankle clonus. If you have a positive clonus sign and/or hyperreflexia, it could indicate that the central nervous system is stressed out, which could increase the risk for seizures.
